Is VidPic free to use?
Yes. We offer a free trial so you can experience the product before paying. If you are happy with the results, you can buy your own API key and continue using the same tools with your own credits.
What is an API key?
Our workflows run on a third-party shared compute platform. An API key lets you call those workflows directly and process your own tasks. If you want to use VidPic beyond the free trial, you will need your own API key.
How do I get an API key?
Go to the Pricing page and choose a credit package. You will be guided to the API site to buy credits for your API key. After that, copy your API key, paste it into VidPic, and you can start using our workflows right away. The process is simple and privacy-friendly.
What makes VidPic different from other websites?
You do not need to register or log in to use VidPic. Our workflows are deployed on a shared compute platform, so anyone with an API key can directly run them. This design keeps things simple and does a better job of protecting user privacy.
What if I run out of credits?
Just buy more credits in the same way. The new credits will be added to your API key automatically, and you can continue using VidPic without changing your setup.
What if my API key is leaked?
Please keep your API key private and do not share it with anyone. If it is leaked, reset the API key immediately on the API site, then paste the new key into VidPic. Your credit balance will stay the same.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We do not store your data on VidPic. On the API platform, your data is kept for only 7 days and is then permanently deleted automatically. You can also delete it earlier yourself on the API site. Only you can access your own data.
What should I do if I have a problem with credits or a task?
Please contact the API platform support team directly. When you email them, include your registered email address on the API site and the task ID so they can investigate and help you resolve the issue faster.
Can I get a refund?
Sorry, no. Once credits have been purchased, they are non-refundable, so please make sure you understand this before buying.
