Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using vidpic.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VidPic is a web interface for AI image and video workflows, including image-to-video, text-to-video, text-to-image, and image editing tools. VidPic itself does not host the underlying models. Tasks are sent to a third-party shared compute platform through the API key connected by the user or through a limited shared trial key when available.

3. No VidPic Account Registration

VidPic does not require you to create a local VidPic account to use the core tools. Access is based on the API key you connect in your browser. You are responsible for keeping your API key private and for all activity performed with that key.

4. Free Trial and Paid Usage

VidPic may provide a limited free trial experience. If you want continued or larger-scale usage, you must purchase credits for your own API key through the third-party API platform linked from the Pricing page. Credit purchases are handled outside VidPic. Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or by the third-party provider's own policies.

5. API Key Responsibility

You must keep your API key secure and must not share it with others. If you believe your API key has been exposed, you should reset it on the third-party API platform immediately and replace the old key in VidPic. VidPic is not responsible for losses caused by a leaked or misused API key.

6. User Content and Generated Results

You are responsible for the prompts, images, and other materials you submit through VidPic. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of generated output complies with applicable law, platform rules, and any rights of third parties. VidPic does not guarantee uniqueness, exclusivity, or fitness for any specific legal or commercial purpose.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Generating illegal, harmful, or explicitly violent content.
• Creating deepfake content intended to deceive or defame.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform.
• Using automated systems to abuse the Service or its APIs.
• Reselling or redistributing access to the Service without authorization.

8. Third-Party Processing and Retention

VidPic does not promise permanent storage of your files. Based on the current platform workflow, submitted and generated data may be retained on the third-party API platform for up to 7 days and may then be deleted automatically. You are responsible for downloading or removing your content within the time made available by that provider.

9. Availability and Service Quality

VidPic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful task completion, specific output quality, or compatibility with every user goal. Service behavior may change as the underlying third-party platform, workflows, or model providers change.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidPic is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or losses arising from third-party platform failures, API key misuse, or generated output issues.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to VidPic if we believe the Service is being abused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that threatens the stability, security, or reputation of the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VidPic after changes are published means you accept the revised version.
